👋 Hi, I'm Amy. I've been creating follow along mobility & stretching videos since 2016, helping people around the world move & feel better.

After a series of ankle injuries forced me to rethink the way I approached exercise, I discovered just how powerful simple, consistent movement can be & have been helping others do the same ever since.

That's one of the reasons I love bed mobility.

It removes many of the barriers that prevent people from getting started. No floor. No complicated equipment. Just a supportive & familiar place to move, stretch & reconnect with your body.
