My Approach

Movement that meets you where you are

My approach is simple: mobility should feel accessible, supportive and realistic for your life. Because the best mobility routines are the ones that you actually do.

You do not need to be flexible, fit or experienced to begin. You do not need to push through discomfort or force your body into positions that do not feel right. My routines are designed to help you listen to your body, move within a comfortable range and build confidence one session at a time.

Every program is guided in real time, so you can simply press play and follow along. I’ll move with you, cue each exercise and encourage you to adjust, pause or repeat as needed.

The goal is not to perform perfectly. The goal is to keep moving, stay consistent and build a mobility practice that helps you feel better in everyday life.

👋 Hi, I'm Amy

For a long time, I took movement for granted.

Then back-to-back ankle injuries changed everything.

What began as a nagging inconvenience that I tried to ignore, soon started to disrupt my daily life and prevent me from doing the things I love. When I finally had to stop running, I knew I had to do something about it.

As I worked to rebuild confidence in my body, I rediscovered two things I hadn't fully appreciated before:

1) how good effortless movement feels

2) how incredible adaptable the human body is

This experience led me to fall in love with mobility training and develop a passion for helping others to do the same.

Today, my mission is simple: help people move better, feel better and continue doing the activities they love through practical, beginner-friendly mobility routines that fit into real life.
