Hi, I'm Amy (aka Amy Dot on YouTube), I'm a hybrid-training yoga-loving weightlifter, runner and functional movement aficionado from Bermuda. I am a NASM-certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach, yoga teacher (YogaRenew 200hr YTT) and Pilates instructor (IFPA). I've been sharing my love for movement with follow-along mobility and stretching videos on my YouTube channel since 2016.
My goal is simple: to help people add a little more movement into their lives. I like to keep things practical and grounded, focusing on the mobility and flexibility needed for everyday life. While I do enjoy a challenging flow or yoga pose from time-to-time, I primarily share routines that help you feel better throughout your day, not just on the mat. My classes are great for beginners, for people easing back after injury, for desk workers who need a quick stretch break at the office and for anyone who just wants a feel-good session to relax and release tension.
Over the years, I've heard from hundreds of people who've used my videos to recover, stretch with their families or simply rediscover the joy of movement. Those stories are my motivation.
