
About Amy
Hi, I'm Amy (aka Amy Dot on YouTube), I'm a certified yoga and pilates instructor from Bermuda. I've been practicing yoga since 2012 and sharing classes on my YouTube channel since 2016. I earned my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with YogaRenew.
I've always loved stretching. You'll often catch me mid-conversation in some strange stretch or sitting on the floor instead of a chair. Movement has always been part of who I am and I love being able to share that part of myself with others.
My goal is simple: to help people add a little more movement into their lives. I like to keep things practical and grounded, focusing on the flexibility, mobility and joint health needed for everyday life. While I do enjoy a challenging flow or yoga pose from time-to-time, I primarily create routines that help you feel better throughout your day, not just on the mat. My classes are great for beginners, for people easing back after injury, for desk workers who need a quick stretch break at the office and for anyone who just wants a feel-good session to relax and release tension.
Over the years, I've heard from hundreds of people who've used my videos to recover, stretch with their families or simply rediscover joy in moving again. Those stories mean everything to me — they're what keep me creating and sharing.
