
About Amy
Hi, I'm Amy (aka Amy Dot). I'm a hybrid-training mobility-obsessed weightlifter, runner and functional movement aficionado from Bermuda. My passion is helping people feel better in their bodies through movement. You may know me from my follow-along mobility and stretching videos, which I've been sharing on my YouTube channel since 2016.
My goal is simple: to help people reclaim and protect their mobility. I like to keep things practical and realistic, focusing on functional fitness used in everyday life. While I do enjoy a challenging flow or yoga pose from time-to-time, I primarily share simple, accessible routines that can be incorporated into a busy schedule, whether you're at home or at the office. If you are a beginner, a desk worker or just easing back into movement, my videos are for you. Just press play and follow along to release tension, restore range of motion, improve your mobility and feel good.
