πŸ‘‹ Hi, I'm Amy (aka Amy Dot). I'm a mobility-obsessed weightlifter, runner and functional movement aficionado from Bermuda. My passion is helping people feel better in their bodies through movement. You may know me from my follow along mobility and stretching videos, which I've been sharing on my YouTube channel since 2016.

For a long time, I took movement for granted. Then back-to-back ankle injuries changed everything. What started as a nagging inconvenience eventually forced me to stop running and rethink the way I approached exercise altogether. As I worked to rebuild confidence in my body, I discovered just how powerful mobility training can be - not only for restoring movement, but for helping you appreciate how incredible and adaptable the human body really is.

My goal is simple: to help people reclaim and protect their mobility. I like to keep things practical and realistic, focusing on functional fitness used in everyday life.

While I do enjoy a challenging flow or yoga pose from time-to-time, I primarily share simple, accessible routines that can be incorporated into a busy schedule, whether you're at home or at the office. If you are a beginner, a desk worker or just easing back into movement, my videos are for you. Just press play and follow along to release tension, restore range of motion, improve your mobility and feel good.
