Hi, I'm Amy — a certified yoga and pilates instructor, designer and web developer from Bermuda. I've been practicing yoga since 2012 and sharing classes on my YouTube channel since 2016. I earned my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with YogaRenew.

I've always loved stretching. You'll often catch me mid-conversation in some strange stretch or sitting on the floor instead of a chair. Movement has always been part of who I am and I love being able to share that part of myself with others.

My goal is simple: to help people add a little more movement into their everyday lives. I like to keep things practical and grounded, focusing on flexibility, mobility and joint health — the kinds of movement that helps you feel better throughout your day, not just on the mat. My classes are made for real life, for beginners, for people easing back after injury or for anyone who just needs a quick stretch break at the office.

Over the years, I've heard from hundreds of people who've used my videos to recover, stretch with their families or simply rediscover joy in moving again. Those stories mean everything to me — they're what keep me creating and sharing.

I currently live in Bermuda with my cat, Pinot (aka PiPi), who likes to join me for my 10 minute stretch sessions every single morning.
