🧘 Yoga teacher training

I completed my yoga teacher training with YogaRenew and I highly recommend their 200-hour YTT program if you're thinking about deepening your practice or becoming a certified teacher. The course is fully self-paced with a comprehensive curriculum that includes written lessons, video tutorials and pre-recorded classes. You'll also complete a final exam and submit class observation and sequencing assignments as part of your certification.

My favorite part of the experience was the live calls offered every day — even weekends! You get to learn from a variety of experienced instructors, break down poses and sequences together and have your questions answered in real time.
