30 Day Stretching Challenge
A beginner-friendly challenge designed to release tension, improve flexibility and help you feel better in your body. Whether you're brand new to movement or getting back into a routine, this free video series will help you reconnect with your body and get into the habit of stretching.

What to expect from the daily classes
- •Length: Classes will be between 8 and 40ish minutes long, with the shorter videos coming out during the week and the longer videos coming out on the weekends
- •Focus: A mix of targeted sessions (ex: hips, shoulders, back) and full-body stretches/slow yoga flows
- •Format: A mix of standing, seated and lying-down practices — some static, some with gentle movement and transitions between poses
- •Equipment: A squishy workout mat, yoga mat or soft carpet. If you have sensitive knees, grab a blanket or a towel for extra cushioning. For the seated classes, you can use any chair or seat, with or without armrests.
