👋 Hi, I'm Amy. I've been creating follow along mobility & stretching videos since 2016, helping people around the world move & feel better.

After a series of ankle injuries forced me to rethink the way I approached exercise, I discovered just how powerful simple, consistent movement can be & have been helping others do the same ever since.

That's one of the reasons I love bed mobility.

Every routine is designed to be performed from the comfort of your bed using lying down, seated, kneeling or edge-of-bed positions. No floor work is required.

The program is organized into four weeks of guided routines.

Each week includes a full body mobility session, several targeted routines for specific body regions and a bonus practice.

You can follow the program week-by-week or simply choose the routines that best match how your body feels on a given day.

Most classes are between 7 and 16 minutes long, making them easy to fit into a busy day.
